Shipping policy

  • Custom Made-to-Order Items: Our custom-made items are crafted with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for these items to be made and prepared for shipping. Once your order is ready, we will notify you and provide tracking information.

  • Digital Download Items: Digital items are available for instant download once payment is confirmed. You will receive a link to download your items immediately after your purchase is complete.

  • One-on-One Courses or Coaching Sessions: The date for one-on-one courses or coaching sessions is scheduled at the time of purchase. If there is a need to reschedule, we will notify you in advance and arrange a new date that works for both parties.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • Shipping rates vary based on the destination and size of the order. Rates will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. You will receive an estimated delivery time when your order ships.

Order Tracking:

  • One-on-One Courses or Coaching Sessions: If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds for coaching sessions are not available, but we will work with you to find a suitable rescheduled date.
