No Returns: Due to the nature of our products being custom-made and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns. Each piece is specifically crafted to meet individual customer specifications, ensuring a unique and personalized product. Consequently, all sales are final once production has commenced.
Digital Products Policy: All sales of digital products, including but not limited to digital downloads, templates, and digital planning tools, are final. Given the nature of digital content, which can be downloaded instantly and used immediately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these products.
Shipping Disclaimer: The Party Crafter is not responsible for shipping delays or damage incurred during shipping. While we strive to ensure your products arrive on time and in excellent condition, the actual delivery is beyond our control once items leave our premises. Please note, there are no returns or refunds for shipping issues.
Cancellation Policy: Orders for custom-made and made-to-order items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee that production can be halted. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order during this window.
Exchanges (if applicable): While we do not offer returns, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to discuss the possibility of an exchange for the same item or a correction of the issue.
