1. Zoom Link Delivery:

   • A Zoom link for the course will be sent to the email address you provide during registration.
   • Please ensure the email address on file is accurate.
   • Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the link in your inbox.
   • The Zoom link will be sent no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • You may cancel your enrollment and request a refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
   • After this period, cancellations or refunds will not be processed under any circumstances.

3. Missed Class Policy:

   • If you are unable to attend the live session, no refunds will be issued.
   • However, you will receive access to the course replay for 6 months, allowing you to watch and benefit from the material at your convenience.

4. Technical Requirements:

   • It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary equipment and a stable internet connection to participate in the live Zoom session.
   • We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent attendance.

5. Non-Transferable Access:

   • The course materials, Zoom link, and replay access are for the registrant only and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
